Work Experience

University of Louisville Hospital, Nurse Extern - ICU Float
Summer 2026

    During the summer of 2026, I joined UofL Health as a Nurse Extern in the ICU Float Pool and was directly involved in critical patient care across the hospital. My responsibilities included providing direct patient care under the supervision of an RN, including medication administration, sterile procedures, lines/tubes/drains management, full assessment, patient education, and care coordination.

 
University of Kentucky Cru - Student Leader
2024-present

   
 During the 2024-2025 academic year, I was given the opportunity to join as a student leader for Cru at the University of Kentucky, serving as a welcome team lead, a freshman Bible study leader, and an emcee for our weekly campus meetings. My responsibilities involved recruiting and fostering a community of inclusion and joy within the freshman class, planning and organizing our weekly campus meetings, and creating a welcoming environment at our weekly campus meetings.
   Additionally, during the summer of 2025, I had the opportunity to serve in Keszthely, Hungary, on a four-week mission trip with Cru, where I worked with college students in Central Europe.


Porter Memorial Baptist - Porter College Ministry Student Leader

During the summer of 2025, I was asked to join as a student leader for Porter College Ministry, serving the college students at my local church. My responsibilities involve organizing a team of students to set up, tear down, and welcome students to our weekly meetings.


 Interior Crew Member - Day's Painting
2023-present

   During the summer of 2023, I joined Day's Painting as a versatile team member, serving on both interior and exterior crews and painting both residential and commercial buildings. My responsibilities included interacting with customers, taping, dusting, and cleaning rooms to prepare for paint, painting both walls and trim, and removing all materials from the job site.
 

 Swim Team Captain - duPont Manual High School
2021-2023

 
 I served as captain for my high school swim team both my junior and senior year of high school. My responsibilities include managing the team on deck, leading warmups, stretches, and practices, representing the swimmers to the coaches and administrative board, and organizing team fundraisers, events, and service opportunities.

2023 was my second year as a captain on my club swim team, Triton Swimming of Louisville, which I joined in 2017. My responsibilities involved managing the team on deck, leading group exercises, stretches, and practices, helping coordinate team activities, and representing the National training group in team meetings.

2023 was my second year as a captain on my neighborhood's swim team, which I joined in 2011. My responsibilities included managing the team on deck, supporting my teammates, and ensuring younger swimmers made it to their races on time.

    • Painting the Church: Helped decorate two hallways, two classrooms, and one gathering room by painting and cleaning those areas of my church - 6 hours
